Dr. Leah Taylor is the creator of Embodied Groove®, a joyful movement experience designed for all ages and abilities. With over 15 years of teaching movement and a background in Somatic Psychology and Mind-Body Medicine, Leah guides participants into playful, freeing movement.
Embodied Groove blends simple guidance with expressive freedom. No dance experience needed, just come as you are and be ready to have fun moving to the music with Leah’s guidance.
Inspired by the energy of live music, Leah creates spaces where people can loosen up, move freely, and connect through rhythm and collective joy.

Salsa & Bachata
Born in San Francisco and raised in the East Bay Area, dedicated dance instructor, Hebert Aguilar, been a passionate dancer for as long as he can remember. Being inspired to learn latin dances such as salsa, merengue, cumbia just to name a few from his families singing & dance parties and watching the legendary Michael Jackson performing his pop n lock, tutting, and gliding, led him to explore the vibrant world of dance in high school.
With more than a decade of teaching, choreographing, and performing, he blends various Latin Dance & Ballroom Styles to create a unique fusion that elevates his choreography and classes.
We encourage new learners to embrace the vibrant atmosphere he creates, don’t be shy! 
His infectious energy ensures that everyone leaves the dance floor inspired & revitalized.

American Folk Dance
Jubilee's Artistic Director Becky Coulter has over 30 years experience as a dance teacher and choreographer for many fine arts organizations and schools, including Academy of Dance Arts, Black Hills Dance Theater, and Vanderbilt Dance Group in Nashville, TN. She has taught modern dance, ballet, tap, and clogging for children and adults, and is a veteran performer with Tennessee Dance Theater, Rocky Mt. Dancers, Kelly & Kelly Dance, and Brigham Young University’s American and International dance companies.  
Levi Jackson Rag is an English Country Dance. It was devised by Pat Shaw in 1974 and published in Among the Pines. It is a dance for 10 people. The dance contains the following figures: hand turn (allemande), circle, promenade and swing.
The Virginia Reel is a folk dance that dates from the 17th century. Though the reel may have its origins in Scottish country dance and the Highland reel, and perhaps have an even earlier origin from an pre-Christian Irish dance called the Rinnce Fada, it is generally considered to be an English country dance. The dance was most popular in America from 1830 to 1890.
